Tapco Announces Acquisition of EIS Circuit Supply Division
CHICAGO, March 25, 2005 –– Tapco Associates Inc., a leading Midwest distributor of circuit board supplies, announced today that it has acquired the assets of the Circuit Supply Division of EIS Inc., a top national supplier of materials to the printed circuit industry. With the acquisition, Tapco Associates Inc. will now be doing business as Tapco Circuit Supply.

The acquisition of EIS/Circuit Supply provides Chicago-based Tapco with a national field sales network and additional regional sales and service centers. Tapco Circuit Supply’s headquarters will remain in Chicago, with regional offices located in Northern California, Southern California, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Minnesota, Texas, Ohio, Virginia and New Hampshire.
